Any trip, experience or hotel stay on theKlub. It pays at checkout like money, alongside any discount or points, and whatever is left stays on the card for next time.
24 months from the day it is paid for. We remind the holder 60 and 7 days before it expires.
Yes — today or any day up to a year ahead. It arrives by email in the morning of that day, with your message. You get a receipt straight away and a note once it has been delivered.
Pounds, euros, US, Australian and Canadian dollars, or Swiss francs. It can be spent on a trip priced in any of them; we convert at the day's rate.
Yes. A theklub.card can pay for part of a trip, all of it, or several trips and stays until the balance runs out.
A theklub.card that hasn't been used can be refunded to your payment method within 14 days of buying it. After that, or once any of it has been spent, the value stays on the card. Cards can't be exchanged for cash.
