On theKlub you book two things. Hosted experiences: small-group trips, training camps and retreats, each led by an athlete, coach or creator named on the trip page. And sporty stays: hotels chosen for people who travel for their sport, close to the routes, slopes, trails and courts. Groups and companies can ask us for a trip built around them.

Klub Verified is the mark theKlub puts on a hotel we have checked for one particular sport. Our own team checks it, personally, for what that sport needs: facilities such as bike storage or a gym, and how close the routes, slopes, trails or courts are. Verified for cycling does not mean verified for padel.
k.Stays marked k. are Klub Verified: independently verified for sport-friendly facilities.When you search stays for a sport, the results are split in two: the stays Klub Verified for that sport, and the stays not checked for it. Every bookable hotel is still listed, so you always see which is which. A verified hotel's page shows the facilities we checked for each of its sports.
Every hosted experience on theKlub is led by its host: an athlete, coach or creator named on the trip page. You book and pay theKlub. We arrange the hotel, the logistics, the payments and the paperwork with the host and the local suppliers who deliver each part of the trip, and the trip page sets out what is included.
Each trip sets its own refund window: before you pay, the booking form shows the date until which your booking is fully refundable, or that it is non-refundable. A stay's cancellation and change terms depend on the hotel and the rate you choose, and you see them before you pay. To change or cancel a booking, email info@theklub.world and our team will help. You book on theklub.world and pay online through Stripe; theKlub never stores your card details. A stay is paid in full when you book. Where a trip offers a deposit, you pay that to secure your place and the balance later, by the date your confirmation gives. Joining theKlub is free: there is no subscription or membership fee.
