A bit more about me

I’m Debbie, I didn’t start cycling until I was almost 40, but I quickly fell in love. Since then, I've become a Duathlon World Champion and discovered that the best rides aren't just about the miles. Gravel & Chats brings women together for cycling escapes filled with adventure, belly laughs, connection and those fist-pump moments that build confidence. I can't wait to ride with you.

I didn’t grow up cycling and never imagined it would become such a big part of my life. I picked it up just before turning 40 and something clicked straight away. It gave me freedom, confidence and a sense of adventure I didn’t realise I was missing. Very quickly it became more than just riding. It was the people, the shared challenges, the conversations, the feeling of doing something for yourself. Cycling opened a whole new world for me and I’ve never looked back.

I once came out of transition at an international duathlon… with my helmet on backwards!
